- Microsemi / Microchip 1N54XX Fast Recovery Glass Rectifiers are military qualified and are ideal for high-reliability applications. These 3A rectifiers work in 50-600V peak reverse voltage. The 1N54XX rectifiers are constructed using "Category-1" metallurgical bond and are available in surface mount Metal Electrode Leadless Face (MELF) package. Other features include quadruple-layer passivation, RoHS compliance, high forward surge current capability, and low thermal resistance.
