- STMicroelectronics​ STIPN1M50T SLLIMM™ Nano Intelligent Power Module (IPM) provides high-performance AC motor drive in a simple and rugged design. These IPMs are able to provide low Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) characteristics with optimized switching speed. The STIPN1M50T SLLIMM nano IPM features an operational amplifier for advanced current sensing and a comparator for fault protection against over-temperature and over-current. Typical applications include 3-phase inverters, dishwashers, air-conditioning fans, refrigerator compressors, and recirculation pumps.
